About the Artist
When Emma got to high school she discovered the world of comic books and was convinced that she had found a style similar to her own. Graphic novels like Birds of Prey and Supergirl inspired her to start exploring more people especially women. Since then Emma am still inspired by the image of a powerful, mysterious woman. She loves creating detailed backgrounds with elements of nature and symbols that reflect the subject’s life story in some shape or form. Her favourite medium to use is fluid acrylics however sometimes she will experiment mixing them with other mediums such as markers or pens. |
